This pattern can be used as wallpaper or backing for a curio cabinet, or to add a pop of color in your miniature or dollhouse scene; no physical item will be mailed. It's perfect for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of your dollhouse, diorama or miniature scene.

PDF includes two sizes:
8" x 10"
10" x 10"

After printing, this design will need to be trimmed to final size. If printing on a home printer that maxes at an 8.5" x 11" sheet, the 8" x 8" print will be the best file to use.

Scope
This policy applies to all individuals and entities who purchase, download, or otherwise acquire print files from ModMiniature , including but not limited to customers, clients, partners, and affiliates.
Definitions
• Print File: A file download.
• Derivative Work: Any piece or product created using the PRINT file, including but not limited to modified PRINT files, printed items, digital products, and physical goods.

Policy
Non-Resale of PRINT Files
• PRINT files obtained from ModMiniature are for personal and non-commercial use only.
• Under no circumstances may the original PRINT files be resold, redistributed, or shared, either in their original form or as part of a package.

Restriction on Derivative Works
• Derivative works created using PRINT files from ModMiniature must not be sold, distributed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
• This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of physical items (e.g., T-shirts, posters), digital products (e.g., digital prints, downloadable content), or any other product that incorporates the PRINT files or their derivatives.

Personal Use
• Individuals may use the PRINT files and any derivative works for personal projects, educational purposes, or non-commercial activities, provided they do not violate the terms outlined in this policy.

Enforcement
• Violation of this policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders, fines, and other remedies available under intellectual property law.
• ModMiniature reserves the right to revoke access to PRINT files and terminate any licenses granted to individuals or entities found in violation of this policy.

Amendments
• ModMiniature reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through ModMiniature and will take effect immediately upon publication.

For best quality print use a higher quality, heavier matte card stock. Photo paper also produces a nice outcome with a glossier finish.
